Rakhee’s prenatal yoga has been a complete game changer for me. I started with Rakhee towards the end of my second trimester and continued all the way. I had better pain management in my 3rd trimester thanks to Rakhee ji’s classes. I took private classes, she was flexible on timing and I was able to work the classes with my schedule.
Each class had a set of exercises which were fixed, and then variations through the week for targeting mobility in some parts, strength in others. She also gave a set of exercises that I could do daily based on what my body needed at the time.

Cannot recommend her enough. If you are expecting, and are clear by your doc to exercise, you will be in great hands with Rakhee’s classes.

Raakhee’s Prenatal Yoga classes have been really beneficial for me. It’s been great to meet other to be mammas while learning breathing techniques and pelvic opening exercises, amongst many other exercises. She’s very good as an instructor, paying attention to each persons capabilities in the class. I highly recommend these classes to all pregnant women! The classes happen both offline and online so you can also join from home.
